Pupils and staff from Whitstone Primary School put on their best fancy dress last week in celebration of World Book Day.
The pupils and staff arrived at the school on March 7 dressed up in costumes which represented a character from the front cover of their favourite book.
There was lots too see including Anna from Frozen, Winnie-the-Pooh and Eeyore, Darth Vader, Stitch, the Hulk and Spiderman and lots more.
World Book Day is a annual world wide celebration event which looks to raise money for charity. Its mission is to promote reading for young people in more than 100 countries across the world.
