Disgraced Doctor, John Henry Hagmann, 59, is reported to have used the Pengethley Manor Hotel, near Ross-on-Wye, as one of the sites for his alleged 'macabre' experiments on US military students.
The site is now used by Ex-Med UK Ltd, which is a company that provides medical services to some of the most remote and poverty-stricken places in the world. A spokesman for Ex-Med has confirmed to the Ross Gazette that there was absolutely no connection between Ex-med and Dr Hagmann, or his company, Deployment Medicine International (DMI).
The spokesman told the Ross Gazette: "Ex-med UK Ltd is in no-way connected to Dr John Hagmann or Deployment Medicine International and had no prior knowledge of the content of the medical training that may have been conducted at the Pengethley Manor Hotel, prior to Ex-med's good faith purchase of the site in September 2012."
Ex-med is held in the highest regards within the remote medical services industry, consistently setting the standards within its field. Ex-med is recognised as one of the leading remote medical training services company in the UK.
The spokesman added, "As far Ex-med knows, Dr. Hagmann was US based. Ex-med's contact with him occurred on only two occasions, for an hour each time, and was purely to negotiate the purchase of the property in the lead-up to the transaction. The sale was completed in September 2012. Dr Hagmann was not involved with the site, in any way, at any time after the sale."
