EVEN in the winter months, Angler's Paradise still produces some stunning fish — as recently demonstrated by estate manager Joe Drury.

Within a four hour spell, the 34-year-old reeled in a 26lb Mirror, 27lb Mirror and a 32lb Mirror — all caught on Paradise Bait's Beez Kneez.

This was the second time Joe had ever fished the Specimen Carp Lake at the Halwill Junction venue — the last time being back in 2008.

He could have stayed out on the lake longer than he did and caught more, but promised to come back in once he caught fish over the 30lb mark — he certainly did that!
