Congratulations to Welsh junior bowls internationals Gemma Amos and Naomi Fleming (Saundersfoot), Ysie White (Tenby) and Katie Thomas (Whitland), who were members of the Welsh team who were runners-up in the junior international series held at Greenock, Scotland, at the weekend. After losing to eventual winners England in their opening match, the team went on to beat Ireland and Scotland to claim the second placed trophy. Well done to all four, with a special mention to Gemma, who along with Alis Butten, Rhiannon Weale and Jess Sims, won all three of their games. The quartet are seen here with Welsh president, Ann Thomas, of Haverfordwest.
