A VERY enjoyable day was held at Werrington Cricket Club on Sunday, August 12, when an official opening of the new pavilion improvements was held in conjunction with the annual big breakfast and six-a-side competition. The ladies started serving breakfasts at 9am, and by 1pm they had served 170 people. There was a break in the proceedings at 10.30am when the patron Mr Michael Williams welcomed everyone to the club.
