TINTAGEL Cricket Club was privileged over the Easter break to have distinguished England U19s' ladies cricketer Nicole Richards at the club, delivering coaching to their youth players.

Nicole from Hayle, who has played cricket for Cornwall, Nottinghamshire and recently toured China and Hong Kong with the MCC, took a rigorous two-hour skills session, organised by Cornish cricket legend Michael Williams.

The youngsters, aged between 8 and 13, benefited from Nicole's experience and expertise, many commenting about how much they learned in such a short space of time.
