Anna Craig, of Ross-on-Wye Football Juniors, has signed with Premiership side, West Bromwich Albion.

The Premiership side took note when they saw Anna training at the Herefordshire Player Development Centre, at a county training session.

Anna, who is 13-years-old and attends John Kyrle High School, has been training with Ross Juniors since she was just seven, after her brothers turned her onto the 'beautiful game'.

Liam Wall, manager of West Bromwich Albion under 14s, said: "She has the potential to be an international player if she develops in the way that we hope."

Anna had to undergo trials with the midlands club, and from an original trial of 67, just 14 were signed by the club.
