A record-breaking 6,000 athletes competed in Pembrokeshire sporting spectacle, the 2XU Long Course Weekend, supported by a crowd of almost 20,000 around the course.
Defending champion 35-year-old Oliver Simon, of Tenby, retained his LCW crown winning the event for an amazing fourth time.
The part-time relief duty officer at Tenby Leisure Centre and triathlon coach, said afterwards: "I am over the moon to win again."
