A VILLAGE is celebrating its 'best kept village' award. Residents from Ashwater celebrated its recent award on Saturday night with a buffet supper in the village hall. The village won the 'new entry' category in this year's Best Kept Village Competition run by Devon's Campaign to Protect Rural England.
