THE first commercial units as part of a regeneration scheme in the heart of Hatherleigh have been snapped up — 12 months ahead of them being built.

Redevelopment of the former cattle market site by Kingswood Homes has been ongoing since late 2019. The developer has sold all of the houses at the development, known as The Market Quarter.

Work is now underway on the final phase of the development — commercial units and apartments.
