The annual Tresmeer Village Show and Family Dog Show takes place next Saturday (August 19) with eleven prizes up for grabs.

For just £1 per class per dog, your pup could be eligible for the following with rosettes handed out to sixth place.

Any variety puppy (12 months); Handsomest Dog; Prettiest Bitch; Child Handler (under 12 years old); Glorious Golden Oldies (over 7 years old); Best Rescue/Rehomed; Most Appealing Eyes; Waggiest Tail; Best Set of Six Legs; Best Sausage Catcher; Dog the judge would most like to take home.

The Best in Show and Reserve Best in Show will then be judged with all first prize winners being eligible.

Dogs must be kept on their lead at all times and handlers should clear up their mess.
