LAUNCESTON Road Runners Treggy Seven road race took place on Sunday September 4.
375 runners completed the seven mile course, finishing in the Launceston castle grounds, by kind permission of English Heritage.
There were some fantastic performances. The overall winner and first male home, in a time of 38.14 mins was Daniel Alsop from St Austell running club. The first lady home in a a time of 42.04, which was a course record was Emma Stepto. The first Launceston road runner home, who finished in 5th place overall, was Dan Rodgers in a time of 39.56.
