BORDON is to lose another bank with the news this week that HSBC is closing its Forest Shopping Centre branch in August. Customers are being advised to use branches in Alton Farnham or Haslemere.

However, there will be no redundancies as the staff will be moved to other branches, but it will mean the loss of the bank cash point at the centre.
