POLICE are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information in connection with a reported theft of 32 lambs from a field in the area of Bratton Clovelly.
No street name has been given.
This appeal follows earlier reports of twelve young lambs which were believed to have been taken some time between 3pm and 4pm on Tuesday, July 9 (case number 50240171398).
It is believed this latest incident took place between 10pm on Wednesday, July 17, and 9am on Thursday, July 18.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson confirmed: “Thirty-two young lambs were stolen, the lambs were not tagged or marked. It is believed that they were taken with a lorry or trailer unit, or similar.
