AN annual cricket tournament in aid of a charity helping firefighters in need is set to take place next month.

It will comprise of six-a-side teams and will be held at Wadebridge Cricket Club on Egloshayle Road, on Sunday, July 7, at 11am.

In addition to teams taking part in the event there will also be family fun and refreshments on offer.

All money raised on the day will go to the Firefighters Charity, with entries costing £24 per team.
