Woburn Residents’ committee members were delighted to meet with members of South West Water recently when a cheque for £400 was presented to them.

A spokespserson said: “This grant will be used to replace one of our tents which suffered damage and is no longer able to be used for our events on Woburn Green.

“A new tent has now been purchased and will be in use for our Coronation celebrations in May.”
