'Ahoy me hearties' will be the cry from Tenby Book Shop tomorrow (Saturday) when a new children's book set on the shores of Tenby is launched.

Written and illustrated by Michael and Carol Greenway, with a little help from granddaughter Maisie Drew, 'Tenby Pirates' tells the tale of an exciting adventure for two children set in Pembrokeshire's 'jewel in the crown' itself.

This colourful book to treasure was inspired by trips to the resort which the couple having been visiting for over 20 years.

The official book launch for 'Tenby Pirates' will be held at Tenby Book Shop in Tudor Square, tomorrow between 11 am and 2 pm, with the creators present.
