THE staff and residents of Burdon Grange, Highampton thoroughly enjoyed their 'Ruby Weekend' on June 9 and 10.

On the Saturday over forty residents and staff took part in the 'Ruby Ramble'. This year the group took on a four miles walk along the Ruby Way cycle trail (and back again), all of the residents who live with a variety of physical disabilities, together with staff and their families and friends really enjoyed the event.

Senior Domestic at Burdon Grange Pam Whiterow and her husband Richard kindly served brunch for everyone at the change over and then awarded the medals at the finish line.
