I COULD not agree less with 'Fully OAP' (Review June 12) but I have no need to spell out my case because John Muir of Newnham did so in a very accurate and eloquent way.

As for Roger Horsfield's two consecutive weeks of A+ lectures I think it is about time he teamed up with Sepp Blatter.

He's a president, so is Obama presiding over the Guantanamo Bay torture camp.

It is also a 'constitutional right' to own a gun and hardly a week goes by without someone shooting another person to death in the USA.

Then we have the president of the Disunited States of Europe shouting "ever closer union".

Juncker is laughing all the way to the bank, clutching the £13 billion a year it costs the UK to be inside the so-called EU. The former president, Van Rompuy, pockets £578,000 for not working.

Presidents? No thank you. Let's stick with what we've got and improve it by voting out at the referendum.

Brexit is definitely there for the taking and we will all be a lot better off in a self-governing democracy.
