REPRESENTATIVES of the Davidstow group of parishes are holding an open meeting next Tuesday, January 11 to present a draft plan relating to the possibility of becoming a single parish.

This meeting will indicate the level of support behind a proposal to incorporate the Davidstow, Forrabury, St Juliot, Lesnewth, Minster, Otterham and Trevalga churches under a single structure.

Rev Robert Thewsey said: "We would like to invite you, and as many people as possible from our communities who are interested in the future of the church in this part of Cornwall, to hear about this proposal, and also to contribute to the process."
