A FORMER Four Marks councillor is urging people to come up with a "Plan B" following rumours that CALA Homes (Southern Home Counties) may apply to build a whopping 600 new homes in neighbouring south Medstead.
It is a figure that would blow East Hampshire District Council's joint core strategy out of the water and one to strike fear into the hearts of those who have fought so hard to keep the level of development under control.
