MANY out of county buyers recently attended the 23rd property exhibition, held at the G Live Centre in Guildford, Surrey.

Organised by multi award winning Webbers Estate Agents, manager of the Webbers Launceston office, Andrew Simpson, attended the event to showcase the variety of properties for sale in and around the North Cornwall area.

Andrew said: “Despite fine weather, many house hunters turned up to see what stunning homes we have on offer for sale.

“The Surrey town of Guildford and the surrounding district is particularly affluent, and it is no surprise that many migrate westwards each year to relocate and make the very best of what our beautiful area has to offer.”

Following the exhibition, Webbers sent out specific details of properties throughout the pricing spectrum, and will be arranging property viewings over the upcoming weeks.
