The Royal Dockyard Chapel - home to the Pembroke Dock Heritage Centre - is the centrepiece for this year's Armed Forces Day for Pembroke and Pembroke Dock, which takes place on Saturday, June 27.
The county's military links today will be on view with vehicles and displays by Castlemartin Camp and by 14 Signal Regiment from Cawdor Barracks, Brawdy. And many local organisations and groups will have stalls and displays - including fine collections of scale models.
Armed Forces Day begins with a march from the Community School in Bush Street to the Dockyard Chapel, led by the Pembroke Borough Band.
The parade begins at 10.30 am and there will be a Service of Thanksgiving from the steps of the Dockyard Chapel, conducted by the Rev Dafydd Taylor, Minister of Zion Free Church, Pembroke Dock.
The Heritage Centre is packed with displays and artefacts and entry here is free on Armed Forces Day. Many items on view link to the town's long connections with all three Armed Services.
This year's Armed Forces Day is organised for the twin towns by the Pembroke Dock Town Council and the Royal British Legion Pembroke and Pembroke Dock Branch. The Mayors of both communities will be taking part.
