A man was airlifted to hospital on Wednesday following an industrial incident in Narberth.
The alarm was raised shortly after 12.30 pm after the man became trapped under a small digger in the Providence Hill area.
Two fire appliances from Narberth and Whitland attended and firefighters used hydraulic equipment and small gear to release the man who was then airlifted to hospital by air ambulance.
A spokeswoman for the Wales Air Ambulance said: "The charity's helicopter landed on scene at 1.18 pm where they treated and then airlifted an adult male. They left the scene at 2.10 pm and arrived at Morriston Hospital 2.29 pm."
A spokeswoman for Dyfed-Powys Police said two men suffered injuries as a result of an incident involving a JCB-type vehicle.
"The incident is not being treated as suspicious and has been passed to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE)."
A spokesman for the Health and Safety Executive confirmed: "HSE is aware and making initial enquiries."
