A second consultation over traffic calming proposals along Liphook's Longmoor Road as part of the Lowsley Farm development has again been criticised by a residents' group leader.
David Wiseman, of Stuart Michael Associates, presented the proposals at the Millennium Centre, in Canada Way, last Wednesday, after the original public consultation held in April was criticised for being inadequately advertised.
