A RESIDENTS' group has spoken out against the controversial Lowsley Farm development proposals after another public exhibition was held over the scheme.

Easterton is about to submit its detailed scheme for phase one which will see 155 new homes built at Lowsley Farm, after they were approved in an outline scheme by East Hampshire District Council back in December 2012.

The developer hopes to have the finer details approved by the end of this year so work can start next summer.
