THE opening score came, of course, from Frances Fox who supported Jo Hunt on a glorious run and put the ball down. Ivybridge returned the score.

Mark Horrell played a blinder, weaving in and out, dodging the opposition to touch down the second for 'The little Blacks'.

Ivybridge executed a beautiful move whilst Blacks huddled around the ball; Ivybridge passed out down the line running home to victory.

Frances was having none of that and gained back another notch on the post, nobody could catch her.

Through a flurry of passes and tags, Keiron Sargent found the line. Ivybridge could only watch from behind as Jo Hunt blistered up the pitch to score a well deserved try. Some fab tagging from Keiron Sargent stopped Ivybridge scoring again before half time.

The second half brought Ivybridge back into the game with a well deserved try. Tom Jewell and Frances Fox played tag team and prevented another Ivybridge try, but after possession was lost Ivybridge got there in the end.

Edward Tait took the ball up to the line for Mark Horrell to score once again. Ivybridge scored to break even with Launceston.

Launceston brought the ball to the opposite side of the pitch and playmaker Corey Sillifant did the honours. Keiron Sargent put the ball on the line after a flurry of passes and tags. Just to make sure Frances took flight down the wing to score the tenth for the Blacks.
