ONCE again Lifton Art Group came up trumps with, to quote one visitor ‘the best ever exhibition so far’.

In response, an art group spokesperson said: “Of course we are all delighted!”

Over the two days the group welcomed a record number of visitors — families, including pets, as well as individuals — to see the varied and diverse displays.

Many people remarked on the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, as well as lovely comments on the colourful and creative work. The event proved to be an enjoyable experience for one and all.

Lifton Art Group members will now be preparing for their ‘Art and Craft Fair’ being held on November 30, from 2pm to 4pm, in Lifton Community Centre.

The spokesperson added: “And we look forward to presenting next year’s exhibition when, once again, we will welcome all visitors both old and young.”
