CHILDREN from Class One at Bridgerule Primary School walked the short distance along the road to visit their village water mill on the last day of April.
They enjoyed a guided tour of the three-storey Victorian building, which has been restored to by owners Alan and Rosie Beat, learning how gears and shafts turn the millstones and hoist sacks up through trapdoors to the top floor.
