THERE was a strong turn out in Holsworthy for both Remembrance Day and for the town’s parade.
Many groups and organisations battled the weather to come together and observe the silence on both Saturday and Sunday, with wreaths laid at the memorial.
The Mayor of Holsworthy, Cllr Nigel Kenneally later said: “It was an absolute honour to represent Holsworthy today. What an amazing turn out for the Remembrance Day Parade.
“Holsworthy once again showing great community spirit on the most special and sacred of days.”
