AN HISTORIC event in the life of the Collegiate Church of St Endellion took place on the morning of Sunday week, when three new Prebendaries appointed by the Bishop of Truro, Right Rev Tim Thornton,were installed, during the sung eucharist to celebrate the Feast of Saints Simon and Jude. They were the Rev Professor Paul Fiddes, Professor of Systematic Theology at Oxford University the church's first ecumenical -prebendary, Canon Judith Pollinger, the first woman prebendary and Mr David Foster, the first lay prebendary.
