A FAMILY fun day on Teignmouth Den raised £1,600 towards the running costs of the Alice Cross Centre.

There was a host of attractions, and a late SOS for a compere on the mic was answered by Charlotte Bowes, a sales executive with our sister paper, the Teignmouth News.

Organisations including Teignmouth Army Cadet Force, Teignmouth Ladies' Guild, Ladies Moose, Volunteering in Health, RNLI, Coastwatch, Teignmouth Rotary Club, Homeless in Teignbridge, The Meadow Centre and Devon Freewheelers, attended and raised money for their causes.
