FOLLOWING a council enforcement notice being issued on gypsies living on land east of Liphook's Devil's Lane, earlier this year an appeal has been made by the Connors family to the planning inspectorate.

East Hampshire District Council's enforcement notice alleged a breach of planning control occurred when the siting of caravans for residential purposes occurred without planning permission.
