Alfie Collier (left) and Max Wheeler both secured gold medals at the NDP National Tumbling Finals, held at the International Centre, Telford.

Nine-year-old Alfie, a pupil at Rydon Primary School, was crowned British champion in the boys' level two 9-10 years competition, with Max, who attends Hazeldown Primary School, Teignmouth, taking the boys' level two 11-12 years title.

Both are members of Newton Abbot Somersaults' Gymnastics Club.
