LAUNCESTON Voluntary First-Aid Service is again inviting people to free sessions to learn how to ‘Save a Life’.
This Saturday, February 25 at Kensey Vale Bowling Club at Newport, people can learn about how to assist when someone is choking, the recovery position, and how to administer CPR, to give people an idea how to help should the worst happen at home or when out and about.
Those who attend will gain a general insight of what to do in case of an emergency to help people of all ages.
The sessions are open to anyone of any age.
There are two sessions on the day — the first from 10am to noon and the afternoon session will run from 2pm to 4pm. There will also be refreshments.
Launceston Voluntary First-Aid Service asks that people book their place on a session early to avoid disappointment.
To book a place or for more information, email [email protected] or call 07779 761 162.
