A shop formerly used as an ice-cream parlour in The Crescent, Bude, is going to auction with a freehold guide of £35,000 plus.

It has a window display looking out to the main road and Bude Tourist Information Centre and its car park a short distance from the town centre.

The shop is being auctioned in arrangement with Miller Commercial of Truro.

Bidding for the current auction, the sixth of the year, goes live on Monday, September 16 and ends on Wednesday, September 18.
