Two elderly people had to be rescued after getting stuck in boggy woodland at Crowdy Reservoir, Camelford, yesterday (March 5).
Cornwall Fire and Rescue service crews from Delabole successfully retrieved the pair, who were uninjured, from a boggy area in woodland near Crowdy Reservoir at lunchtime.
A spokesperson confirmed: "Crews from Delabole and a Flexi Duty Officer attended this incident.
"Two elderly casualties were successfully rescued uninjured from a boggy area in woodland near the reservoir.
"Police, search and rescue and first responder were also in attendance and assisted with the rescue."
