A woman from Milford Haven, charged with fraud, is set to appear at Swansea Crown Court next week for a hearing.
Sixty-eight-year-old Pamela Mabel Cook, of Stratford Road, entered no plea when she appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court, on Tuesday, to face a charge of falsely declaring that she had no savings or investments on October 31, 2012, to gain entitlement to Pension Credit for herself.
She also entered no plea to a further charge of dishonestly failing to disclose information to the Department of Work and Pensions, between August 13, 2007 and November 24.
Prosecutor Vaughan Pritchard-Jones told the court that the overpayment took place over the course of six years and amounted to £30,545.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction of the case and transferred it to Swansea Crown Court, where Ms Cook, who was released on unconditional bail, will now appear on June 26.
