LIFTON Parish Council held its January meeting in the meeting room at the new Community Centre in Lifton on January 25.

Congratulations were extended during the meeting to all those who had been involved in the project which has now successfully achieved phase one.

The meeting room is a light and airy space with good acoustics and comfortably accommodated both the parish councillors themselves and those members of the public who attended the meeting.
