CHUDLEIGH'S new £100,000 skate park opens on Sunday at noon.

Comedian and author Tony Hawks, who lives on Dartmoor, will carry out the opening at which professional demonstration riders and skaters will be in action displaying their skills.

The facilities at Millstream Meadow recreation ground were paid for by a variety of grants.
