THE three Launceston Co-ops along with Co-operative Funeralcare had a great day on November 24 celebrating the money raised for three causes — Launceston Memory Cafe, St Giles-on-the-Heath PTFA and Lifton Community Centre.
Each cause received over £6,000 amounting to £19,029.58, which came directly from members swiping their cards and contributing 1% every time they brought a Co-op product.
The celebration day itself raised £754.70 for the Cornwall Air Ambulance.
