AROUND 100 people gathered at Hallworthy Livestock Market for the annual carol service on Thursday, December 22. The carols were led by Camelford Town Band under their musical director Matt Stedman and a service was given by the Rev Bryan Ede. During the service, a collection was made for the Phoenix Appeal and raised a total of £253. This was followed by mince pies and more carol singing at the Wilsey Down Hotel. Festive members of Camelford Town Band leading the carol singing are Mark Baker, Charlotte Goatman, Alan Wonnacott and Alanna Baker.
