Sir, We at Tenby fire station are looking for sponsorship for our summer carnival on Wednesday, August 5. We are not asking for a large contribution, what we ask for is either a donation or a gift for our raffle held in our open day before the carnival. If you feel that you would like to donate a gift, this would be greatly appreciated. The charity we are collecting for is the Fire Fighters Charity (formerly the Benevolent Fund). If you can help us, please contact us. Last year was a very succesful year, we managed to raise over £3,000, which we donated to the charity, but this was only achievable because of the kind donations from the businesses and locals from the Pembrokeshire area. Visitors book to stay in the town especially for this event and, without your sponsorship donations, we would not be able to run this event and for that we thank you all for you continued help.
