EGLOSKERRY held its popular annual Christmas fayre on December 14 in aid of Egloskerry Village Hall Fund.

Many stalls selling local crafts, jewellery, glassware, paintings, wood, wreaths and cosmetics filled the hall, with delicious homemade soups and rolls made by Pamela Griffiths and Denise Perring being served throughout the morning.

Two bumper Christmas hampers were raffled and won by Yvonne White and Helen Ilsley, with a third prize going to Julie Nettles.

Stalls were organised by Ann Pennington and manned by the ladies of the hall committee and the event raised £381.50.
