BUDE Mountain Bike Rider’s managed to raise £2,000 from their two-day sponsored bike ride from Minehead to Plymouth in July.

The bikers decided to split the money between Cancer Research UK and Talans Journey, and presented a £1000 cheque to Ray Shaddick, Cancer Research UK chairman.

To thank the riders, Mary Bromell presented them with a certificate of recognition of their two-day bike ride.

The bikers wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone that sponsored them and to Southfork bike shop in Bude, which provided them with spare bike parts.
