THE fate of Waverley Borough Council's delayed Brightwells scheme will be decided in June.

Following a request by East Street ward councillor Roger Steel, the plan to build new shops, restaurants, an Odeon Cinema and 239 flats on land south of East Street will be decided in public by the council's joint planning committee.
