A UNITED Carnival Service was held in the marquee in the Delabole playing fields on Sunday where around 100 people gathered.

The music was provided by the Methodist Wind Group with Helen Hicks on the piano. The service brought the village together in the start of many events being held throughout the week leading up to the grand carnival procession on Saturday, July 16.
