HOLWORTHY Army Cadet Force recently celebrated the achievements of two of their members.

Serjeant Philip Westley of the Holsworthy Detachment of Devon ACF has received promotion to Staff Serjeant.

Mr Westley received his new rank from Major Joe Martin Officer Commanding for North Devon ACF on Monday, October 8 at Holsworthy Community College.
