A YOUNG Holsworthy boy is enjoying his new role as a toy tester for all the latest gear after winning a place with the UK's leading authority on toys and playthings.

Ten-year-old Owen Holloway was picked by Toyology.co.uk as just one of six children who will be given unprecedented, exclusive access to toys arriving in the UK ahead of anyone else — and will become a leading ambassador within the UK toy market.

Editor of Toyology.co.uk, Peter Jenkinson said: "We had thousands upon thousands of applicants for the Toyminator positions. After sifting through them we picked the ones who sounded like they had a passion for play and an attitude so that we ended up with the most honest opinions."
