POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a suspected burglary at the Post Office shop at St Giles on the Heath.
Entry was gained by force sometime between 1.30am and 2.30am on Friday, January 13, police say and a high value of alcohol and tobacco was allegedly stolen.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson confirmed: "We are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information in connection with a report of a burglary to the Post Office shop at St Giles on the Heath.
"Entry was gained by force, a high value of alcohol and tobacco was stolen, there were believed to be at least three suspects.
